Audition season has officially begun! I actually happen to love auditions, this time of years is one of my absolute favorites. This being said, this weekend I had my first summer intensive audition and it went pretty well! This audition was for Pacific Northwest's Ballet (PNB) summer course. I have been there for the past two summers do that the fact that I was accepted with a full tuition scholarship. I have had the best two summers there and I have really fallen in love with PNB's company and school. So, I was so excited for this audition!
As you guys know (if you read my injury post) I have just recovered from a major injury in my right ankle. So as you can imagine, I was not only worried that my ankle would hurt, but I was even more worried that I wouldn't be as strong as they remember me being this past summer. So I tried my absolute hardest and gave my all so hopefully they liked what they saw from me.
I am very interested in PNB's school, especially the Professional Division. I would love to attend their Professional Division in the future.
To sum it up, my first audition of the season went great and I'm so excited for the rest of them! I'm excited to see where this summer takes me.
